Getting up early for ICE classes was hard at first but has gotten easier, and now I find I like how it sets me up for the day. I noticed that on "ICE" training days, my overall day has been more productive so this has inspired me to keep making an effort to get to bed earlier. I've been getting more sleep, and have gotten better at food prep and cooking in general. These are all really positive lifestyle changes that I want to keep building on :)I have learned that I am stronger mentally than I knew. I didn't know I had the willpower to be so disciplined with myself. I feel more capable of achieving my longer term goals knowing that I can focus like this. I'm still learning how to get my emotional eating under control, but it doesn't feel like that's so far away now. This is important to me because my willpower and relationship with food has for the most part of my life, been not great. I feel like I have more control over myself and my willpower and focus feels the strongest it's ever been. I want to keep building on this and get even stronger!I've also learned:-planning ahead stops me from making impulsive decisions.-getting enough sleep really helps-rest days *are* important-"you can't out train a bad diet"I would recommend challenging yourself and signing up for their next challenge. Lots of helpful mindset stuff, as well as physical results. read less

In 28 days I’ve lost weight, gained muscle mass, have become fitter, and my back does not hurt nearly as much as it used to. The challenge has stopped me from using lack of time as an excuse, and my health is now a top priority in my life. While I have had too many gym memberships to even mention TFF is an whole other ball game in terms of the support, motivation and guidance that the team provides.
It's not really a gym it's more of a family with ongoing support to meet your fitness goals particularly in the 28 day challenges that they run where you attend 3 killer group classes a week with nutritional guidance on reducing your Body fat.
Over the course of an 4 week challenge I was able to achieve a fat loss of 3.2kg
even with slight increase in my weight due to an injury the tff team continue to guide me on training and nutrition and work towards my ultimate weight/fitness goals
Without a doubt if you have a transformation goal in mind these guys can put you on the right path! read less

I attend 3-4 classes a week and have grown strong and healthy. I attend 2 weight classes each week and take part in a well designed programme that lets me build muscle, increase agility under the watchful eye of personal coaches. The trainers here are super supportive and helpful with any questions i had and they are great at helping you work out your goals and sticking to them. They're knowledge is fantastic and is always available to you.
I have just completed the 28 day challenge here and loved every minute of it. The classes are great and very challenging. I have never enjoyed gym as much as i have here.
I managed to loose 2kg on the scales, lost 2%body fat and managed to keep my muscle mass the same. These numbers aren't huge and i still have a long way to go, but for me, it's the change i can see physically and the way my clothes are fitting me.

In the past I've battled emotionally, mentally and as a result, physically. i have learn just how strong i can be. Not only do i have a greater understanding of my nutritional needs but also how to balance them. I came to the realisation very early in the piece that i was a chronic under eater. I feel now i have a greater understanding of what i need to do to become healthier and happier person. The challenge was perfectly set out in that i only had the amount of information i needed at that time. and as i grew so did the information. i never felt overwhelmed, only challenged and determined. I absolutely loved the fact that my clothes are now loose on me! This is an amazing feat for me, considering the challenges i have faced over the past few years. Syndi also runs the best Pregnancy and Mum and Bub type classes too, you actually feel like you have done a workout.
I recently completed a 28 day challenge and was amazed by my results. I lost 2.8kg in fat mass and 2.8% fat mass. I also lost 3kg on the scale and increased muscle tone. What more could you ask for in 28 days.
I feel so much better on the inside and outside. I don't feel so negative about myself, so has changed the way I feel about me in a good way. About time..,
I have learnt so much about food and about the poor choices I was making that did me no justice and made me feel crap.
I also learnt I can do it and can lead a healthy lifestyle, sounds stupid but didn't really think it was possible.
It's important as I really want to have the energy to keep up with my kids and most importantly be here for my kids, as started a family later in life.

I have just completed my second 28 day challenge and I have learnt & achieved more again. I have learnt & implemented a few cleaner food ideas. I have learnt that although I have increased my calories & protein intake that I still need to eat more. I have achieved higher weights with my dumbbells & I am now able to do mountain climbers which I haven’t been able to do with my back for several years.
I have lost 3.4 kg. With a 2.4kg fat loss in this challenge.

Over the last 28 days I've learnt it's up to me too loose weight and get fit. You can have all of the tools and great support to help, but unless you take responsibility of your actions, your not going to see the results you want. Fortunately everyone at Transform Fitness have been so encouraging and supporting. I'm not just taking about the great staff but other members doing the challenge or doing workout sessions with me have been such a huge help.
Knowing there is such a wonderful support network for me it's important knowing this as any future challenges which are thrown at me I know wonderful support is just around the corner.
I have achieved the following losses
Body Fat Mass loss 4.1kg
Body Fat % loss .9%
Skeletal Muscle Mass loss .6
I'm back exercising and I'm able to do exercises which I have never been able to do before, so it's given me the confidence to try the exercisers. My stresd level have also come done, as I feel more incontrol of my emotions. My skin is clearer on my face (I've always had problems with my skin) and my nails are stronger. I'm already fitting back into olf favourite clothes. 😊
Since the start of the challenge to now I'm feeling stronger and more confident with myself and can see and feel the over all results. I also know this is something which I can keep doing. read less

I don't go to any gym unless it's for classes, if I wanted to spend ages on cardio equipment I'd go outside and actually run. Because of this, I now don't waste hours at the gym without results. Add this focus to the quality of the classes at Transform and I am seeing very impressive improvements. The instructors provide exercise variations for ALL levels and due to the layout of the class - the instructor is always available to assist or encourage any individual that needs.I love that the instructors remember my name and I can bring my son along if needed, making my ongoing attendance possible.Not the cheapest gym membership I've had, but still competitive and flexible, with extra opt in/out Personal Training, etc. read less
