Apple Coleslaw Salad

Serves: 4


  • purple or white cabbage (more colour the better)
  • chopped 4 apples, grated
  • 3 Tbs of lemon juice
  • 2 Tbs of olive oil
  • 1 Tbs of balsamic
  • 1 tsp of garlic (Balsamic and olive oil can be replaced with 2-3 Tbs of Greek yogurt)
  • Crushed walnuts, as much or little as you like
  • Sultanas, as much or little as you like
  • Chopped onion or sprinkle of onion powder
  • Chopped celery stick or sprinkle of celery salt
  • Celtic Sea Salt to taste


Mix all in a bowl and serve with fish, chicken or have for lunch or breakfast with Tuna
